Hi! My name is Lily and I’m a Ph.D. student at Carnegie Mellon in their Engineering & Public Policy program with a focus on transportation & energy systems. I work with Dr. Destenie Nock in the SPICE group.
I anticipate graduating in the Spring of 2024 and I’m looking for employment!
I’m a 2023 Department of Transportation UTC student of the year and a 2021 NSF GRFP fellow. My thesis title is “Planning for Equitable Outcomes During Periods of Disruption in the Transportation Sector”. I’m particularly interested in electric vehicle charging infrastructure distribution, access, and impacts. Previously, I worked at NREL (The National Renewable Energy Laboratory) based out of Golden, Colorado. I graduated from Dartmouth College in 2019 with a Bachelors in Engineering.
I love all things data analytics - coding, GIS, making cool maps, plots, and dashboards. When I’m not working on my dissertation projects, I can probably be found outside running, biking, or hiking.
